"I’m an insurance agent based in another state, and from time to time I call different agencies across the country to get a feel for how other offices operate—how they answer phones and emails, how knowledgeable and courteous their staff are, and how well they handle unexpected or challenging questions. I've been in the insurance business for over 30 years, although I'm not with State Farm, and I have to say: in all that time, I have never had a better experience than the one I had speaking with Nancy Martin. I actually called this office a while back, and I made a note to leave this review because Nancy impressed me that much. She was hands-down the most professional, knowledgeable, and polite person I’ve ever encountered in any insurance office. I even tried to trip her up with tough questions and gave her a little bit of attitude to see how she’d respond. Not only did she not stumble once—she stayed so pleasant and composed that I couldn’t even keep up the act! I let my own team listen to the call because I felt it was a masterclass in how to handle client interactions. If Nancy were in my agency, I’d do whatever it took to keep her. I’ve already told several agent friends in the area about her, and I truly hope the agent she works with realizes what a gem they have. Nancy is the kind of person who should be running an office, and frankly, I think she’d make an incredible agent if she ever decided to take that path. Whatever it takes, hold onto her—she’s one in a million. Kudos to this entire office. If everyone there is anything like Nancy, you’ve got something truly special."

"I have been with them for YEEEEARS!! I have several diff things in my policy. Opened another policy. My son has his policy. My brother in law. Never ever have an issue. When I call they immediately know who I am. And which policy I’m talking about. The staff is EXCEPTIONAL!! Will never change from this office nor from State Farm."

"There are plenty of State Farm reps, find a different office. I moved my policies to this office and it's been nothing but mistake after mistake. The rate that they quoted is not what was billed. ($200 higher). The document that I sent, they couldn't find it after acknowledging receipt of it. Did they send the information to my mortgage company? Apparently not."
